Grace’s Project (Part 2)

A continuation of Grace Snyder‘s project: to sort cell populations, Grace begins by blasting tissue from a coral fragment. Then, she utilizes FACS (fluorescence-activated cell sorting) to sort cells based on cell size, cell granularity, and fluorescence. Based on the results of these treatments, the function of the cells can be further investigated.
